Past Experience

 
Dublin Central Site Assembly
Assembly of a 5.50 acre site in the heart of Dublin, comprising in excess of 50 properties. Permission has recently been granted for the Dublin Central scheme on the site.

Value : Excess €350 million
 
274 North Circular Road
Secured planning permission for 169 residential units on the subject site. The lands were then successfully disposed of with the benefit of a full grant of planning permission.

Value : €25 million
 
Tullamore Town Centre
Disposal of the former Texas Department Store and surface car park extending to 3.65 acres in June 2006. The sale price achieved represents a record high for a provincial town centre site.

Value : €42 million
