Our Property Management team provide a full range of services for managing commercial premises:
  • administration of services charge
  • rent collection
  • administration of insurance elements
  • sourcing and appointment of key staff
We manage 2.4 million sq. ft. of Commercial Real Estate worth €1.4 billion. We currently process €60 million of rent and €20 million of service charge annually.

Our portfolio is spread throughout Ireland and consists of :
  • shopping centres and retail parks
  • office schemes
  • mixed-use developments, including residential.
The firm has specialist knowledge in the successful set-up, launch and establishment of retail schemes.

We believe in an ethos of long-term partnership with tenants and assessing their requirements on an ongoing basis.
