Ray leads the Property Management Surveying team at Bannon. The team oversee a mixed-use portfolio of 80 totalling c.9 million sq.ft. The portfolio produces a rent roll of c.€120 million per annum and a total service charge expenditure of c.€45 million per annum. Annual footfall across all assets in the portfolio is in excess of 130 million per annum.

Ray has 18 year’s experience in the Irish property market having graduated from TUD Bolton Street with First Class Honours (Property Economics) in 2008. He began his career with Wyse Property Management in May 2008 and joined Bannon two years later in April 2010. More recently (2026) Ray attended the “Leading Professional Service Firms” course at Harvard Business School in Boston.

Ray has extensive experience in property & asset management, owner/occupier management, insurance, health & safety, general management consultancy and is a trusted advisor to a varied client base including institutional investors, private equity investors and private investors.
