Peter Nicklin


Peter joined Bannon in August 2020 and has over 10 years experience in Ireland as a Property Management Surveyor in the Retail, Residential Block Management, Community & Voluntary Sectors. Within Bannon, Peter manages a number of Regional Shopping Centres & Retail Parks in Connacht & Munster in addition to providing regional Property Management support to the wider Property Management Team as required.

From his Building Surveying background Peter has a strong interest in the refurbishment & adaptation of buildings to meet current & future occupier as well as Energy & Sustainability demands. Additionally the upgrade of buildings & development of strategies to occupy long term voids & minimise vacancy levels.

Prior to moving to Ireland, Peter worked in the UK as a Property & Building Surveyor for a number of property consultants & public sector clients. Peter gained experience in the upgrading of existing buildings to meet improved Building Standards in the areas of Disability Access, Fire Safety & Energy Efficiency as well as the Day to Day management of the maintenance of Social Housing, Schools, Public Buildings & Industrial Premises. Further back Peter graduated in 1998 with an Honours Degree in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich & is presently working on his APC to become an SCSI Chartered Property Management Surveyor.
