In this regard putting structures in place to maximise the potential of any development, both in terms of lot size and the provision of a ‘multi-ownership structure’ is key. Similarly the documentation that falls out of such structures, such as co-ownership agreements, can have a significant impact on the marketability and value of both the element disposed and those retained.
